What a lovely old school Bed & Breakfast where the couple that owns it makes you feel right at home. From taking my heavy bag up the stairs, to catering to needs, to the huge breakfast that allowed me to skip lunch most days - this is the place to stay! And the Vauxhall stations are just down the street - accessible to all in London!

Charming place in a nice neighborhood, and very friendly staff. Breakfast was great too. We found the room to be too small, very little storage space, not enough electrical outlets, and in the noisy flight path of the airport. So, charming but not all that restful.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay! The cheese omelette at breakfast was absolutely delicious and the perfect way to start our day. The staff were incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to meet our needs, which made us feel very welcome. The hotel is also located in a quiet neighborhood, making it a peaceful and relaxing place to stay. We would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay at 69 The grove! This was our second time staying there, or rather visiting as their hospitality is amazing. Experience the wonderful charm of wandering back to a traditional London home after exploring the beautiful and historic city, and waking up to a sumptuous full English breakfast and meeting other travelers, and sharing stories. I highly recommend!!!!

Emplacement.

We loved our stay here. The host and staff were very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was excellent each day with many options even if you choose the continental instead of full breakfast. There is a small roof garden with lovely flowers. When it was warm outside, we slept well with the windows open and fan on. The location is very convenient to the Underground and walking places. There is a lovely park with lavender growing nearby. I would stay here again and wholeheartedly recommend it.

Our room was on the top floor and there was a heat wave so it was warm. We had 2 fans on so it was manageable and it did cooled down at night time. The staff was wonderful and breakfast was very good. Beautiful flowers around the B&B.
